Release of November 24th, 2025
✨ New Features
Cross-Course Chat Experience
Students can now more easily navigate courses when using the chat assistant. The course selector includes a search bar for quick filtering, automatically selects all enrolled active courses when context is unclear, and displays a helpful indicator when no course has been selected. First-time users receive onboarding guidance explaining the importance of course selection for better responses.
SolarWinds Integration
You can now integrate with SolarWinds data management systems to streamline helpdesk operations and knowledge management. Connect your SolarWinds instance to process completed tickets and FAQs, with customizable filters to control what gets imported. This ensures your support team has access to historical ticket data and can leverage existing knowledge base content.
Feedback Insights Dashboard
The feedback dashboard now provides detailed session views with comprehensive analytics. Track user activity patterns, view grade information including rubric scores and overall grades, and see exactly how much human editing occurred. The human edit percentage now accurately reflects the difference between AI-generated feedback and final submitted feedback using edit distance calculations.
🛠 Improvements
Regional Configuration for Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams SharePoint plugins now support region selection during configuration. Choose from Europe, United Kingdom, United States, or Australia to ensure your chat domain is properly configured for your location.
Smarter Feedback Generation
When assignments don't have rubrics configured, the feedback tool now uses a fallback mechanism to provide useful feedback. Assignment descriptions are now consistently retrieved across different LMS integrations, ensuring reliable feedback quality.
Enhanced Helpdesk Availability
Helpdesk availability hours are now more strictly enforced. When outside configured hours, escalation options are greyed out and unavailable to students, ensuring support requests only come through during staffed times.
