📊 Customizable Trend Report Filters
Easily tailor your Trend reports with new filters for assistant, channel, role, courses, helpdesks, escalations, and feedback. The total number of conversations appears at the top and updates dynamically as you apply filters, giving you real-time insights. Note: A minimum of 30 conversations is required to generate a report.

📚 Simplified Knowledge Type Labels
We've shortened the labels for knowledge types under the Knowledge tab, eliminating the need for horizontal scrolling. You can now easily navigate by selecting tabs or scrolling vertically. Plus, Q&As have been renamed to FAQs for clearer understanding of their purpose.
😇 New Integration: Halo IT Management System
You can now integrate Halo IT Management System directly within the Knowledge tab as an application. This seamless connection makes it easy to leverage and surface knowledge stored in Halo alongside your LearnWise content.
