LearnWise changelog

Release of March 17th 2025

✨ New Features

📋 Course Content dashboard
If you're using a LearnWise course content assistant, you now have better visibility into where chat is active! The new dashboard shows course details like name, ID, when it was added, and last updated. Plus, you can manually manage updates and remove courses—giving you more control over your content.

🛠️ Improvements

🔤 Inclusive Language in LearnWise Assistant

Your LearnWise assistant is now more inclusive! It will no longer assume gender and will instead use neutral pronouns (they/them) or refer to individuals by name for a more respectful and accurate experience.

🔍📂 Easier File Search & Organization

Managing uploaded files in LearnWise just got easier! Files are now automatically organized alphabetically, and we've added a search bar to help you quickly find what you need—making navigation and management more seamless.

🗓️ Clearer Tracking for Improvements

For better visibility and management, auto-created and manually created improvements now display both their creation date and last updated label. This makes it easier to track changes and stay organized

🪳Bug Fixes

✅ Chat Window Resizing Fixed
We've improved the chat experience in LearnWise! The floating chat button can be freely moved to avoid blocking content, and now, the chat window resizes correctly when repositioned. This fix ensures a smoother, more accessible user experience.

✅ Better Visibility for Escalation URLs

When a URL is added as an escalation option, the LearnWise assistant now automatically scrolls to ensure users see it clearly. This helps guide users to click the link and move forward smoothly.

✅ QA Source Reference for Automated Improvements

When a QA is the source of an automated improvement, it now appears as a reference in the source. This ensures better traceability, allowing for corrections when needed and improving the reliability of the assistant’s output.
