📓 Knowledge tab redesign
The Knowledge tab in the LearnWise dashboard has a fresh look! Different content sources now have their own tabs, making navigation easier and reducing scrolling and cognitive overload.

🎓 Custom instructions
You can now add custom instructions to tailor both the answer format and search behavior of your assistant. This allows for better alignment with your institution, and the specific needs of the user group engaging with it

⛓️New integration workflow
A new workflow simplifies adding your institute’s ticketing system. You can now enter authentication details directly on the front end, enabling a seamless self-service connection. In addition to this, adding knowledge from your CMS is also self-service with the addition of 'Applications to our knowledge sources

🀰 UEF integration added to the dashboard
Easily add the LearnWise assistant to Blackboard via UEF with a new self-service setup. Save time and effort with clear instructions under 'Configure New LTI Integration' in the Publish tab.
🔎 Key word search in inbox
Easily find specific conversations or topics with the new inbox keyword search. No more endless scrolling—search within conversation content to quickly locate what you need
🛠️ Improvements
✅ All courses listed in inbox/insights page
All LearnWise-connected courses are now accurately listed in Insights and Inbox, making it easier to filter and analyze assistant usage at both the course and institution levels
✅ Remove knowledge sources if integration is disconnected
When integrations with knowledge sources are removed, the sources are automatically deleted to prevent user access. A new integration will be needed to restore the content in LearnWise
✅ AI disclaimer references sources
The AI disclaimer is no longer hard-coded and can dynamically reference sources so that users can check the full context of the information provided, ensuring transparency.
🪳Bug Fixes
✅ Duplications of SharePoint Sites
We've resolved an issue where admins could add the same SharePoint site multiple times by reopening the modal. Duplications no longer occur, ensuring a smoother experience and faster load time
✅ Help-desk deletion and custom rules
If a help desk with custom rules is deleted, workflows will still function. When trigger keywords are mentioned, users will see a list of available help desks to choose from, instead of the deleted one it previously pointed to
